Environmental Design

CambridgePark Place is the first large-scale apartment community in the United States to follow a certification process for a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Award.  LEED is a comprehensive and rigorous process instituted by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) to assure that high performance design results in resource and land conversation, cleaner interior and outside air, a quieter and more comfortable living environment, as well as lower fuel and water usage.
